フローラルな香りと濃厚な甘みが特徴。
赤アカシアとも呼ばれる（イタチハギ）の蜜も含まれています。

すっきりとした甘みで、そのままやトーストはもちろん、マリネやジュースなど幅広く使っていただくのにおすすめです。
